THE ROLE
NextEnergy Capital Group is an FCA regulated Firm comprising of Investment Management, Asset Management and Development divisions, and this role will work within the Investment Management division. The remit of this position is very wide and covers multiple aspects of Fund Management for our funds: NextEnergy Solar Fund (‘NESF’) – a fund listed on the London Stock Exchange; NextPower III – a private equity solar fund investing globally; NextPower UK - a private equity solar fund investing in UK subsidy-free assets.
This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a broad depth of knowledge in the solar energy space. This opportunity engages virtually all aspects of Investment Management and Asset Management – it’s a broad finance role with extensive exposure.
This is a great opportunity to join a lively, challenging and international organization in the high growth industry. You will join as a Junior Investment Fund Intern and report into the Investment Fund Analyst and Head of Fund Management.
The role offers the opportunity to grow your skill set between Fund Management, Investor Relations, Project Valuation, Debt Markets and provide support to additional learning (such as Financial Modelling and CFA qualification). You will be given as much responsibility as you can handle. NextEnergy Capital is looking to grow its AUM rapidly in the next couple of years and will provide a fast paced, fun and progressive place in which to grow.
